I offer in Kansai catering services for Spanish, Portuguese and Brazilian cuisine. Visiting Europe constantly I am always a par with the local real taste and able to bring your party authenticity needed for the mood you need to its success.

For me every catering is unique and I approach each client needs independently.My style of work is not uniform, it is designed to fill your requirements and fully satisfy it working around your budget.

Spanish Cuisine

I am also an expert of Spanish Cuisine, being born son of a Catalan and travelling constantly to Spain to be always updated on trends and discovering new old traditions, from the lovely Paella to traditional Asturian Cachopo, from an infinite range of Tapas to an even wider variety of Pinchos, delicious desserts you can order me anything from Spain and I'll present it to you with authencity.

Brazilian Cuisine

One of the countries in the world that gathers culture from the whole world and makes it its own, Brazil has a way with food that amazes anyone who tries it.I can bring to your table those yummy appetizers, from coxinha, pastel, risolis and quibes to big dishes and the Brazilian soul food: feijoada. *If your location allows, of course I can manage you a real churrasco barbecue, including all sorts of traditional garnishing to accompany it!

①The chef will meet with the client and discuss number of persons, budget, menu, allergies and location （free of charge）; ②The chef will provide an estimate for the catering （free of charge）; ③If the client agrees with the estimate booking and payment will be effected; ④On the day of event catering will be prepared and delivered as instructed by the client.
